Coordinated Kitchen and Bath has been operating in North Vancouver for over 50 years. We are family-owned and operated. We are a small team dedicated to renovating kitchens and bathrooms from design to completion. We have a core group of trades and suppliers that strive to provide the best experience for our clients. Projects are located throughout Metro Vancouver. At Coordinated we are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated person to contribute to our team.
About the position:
You are a person who likes to be organized and can help us identify, apply and develop the right processes to do our jobs better. You can multi-task, use project management software Asana or are willing to learn, problem solve, and deal with shipping and receiving. You can talk to customers and help them figure out what they need. You are self-motivated and comfortable working alone often and as part of a team.
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace, has strong critical thinking skills and communication skills. You work well alone and in a team environment, you are proactive, have a strong work ethic and excellent administrative skills. You will often work alone, so you must be self-motivated.
This role is in person at our showroom in North Vancouver with a casual work environment. An interest in interior design and renovations is an asset, but not required.

Education
- 2+ years of experience in an Operations role, Administration or shipping/receiving environment
- Education in Operations, Project Management, Administration is an asset but not required
- Proficient in MS Office and management software Asana or equivalent
- Proficient in creating and using basic systems for a small team using Dropbox, Excel and other software
More Detailed Job Tasks:
- Manage shipping and receiving
- Deal with product returns from various suppliers
- Order product and materials for each job as requested by project managers
- Organize deliveries in storage
- Receiving deliveries will require moving heavy items, ask for help if needed
- Assist project managers to organize monthly job calendar
- Use management software Asana to organize daily tasks and long-term tasks for each job, track deliveries and orders, notify project managers about tasks and deliveries, keep track of seasonal reccurring tasks for our showroom.
- Assist our accounting team by providing job invoices and receipts weekly
- File management using Dropbox as well as physical paper files
- Track client leads and referrals using Excel
- Process credit card payments
- Develop new systems to keep the team organized
- Build relationships with current suppliers and new suppliers
- Greet walk-in customers and assess their needs
- Schedule seasonal building maintenance duties such as fire inspection, window cleaning, pest control
- Ability to use basic tools to update showroom displays
- Ability to climb on a ladder to replace light bulbs, put items in storage, etc…
- Keep the storage and showroom displays organized
- Order stationery and showroom supplies as needed
- Keep product brochures and price lists up to date by contacting suppliers
- Keep staff up to date with supplier notices
- Take phone calls and check voicemail daily
- Help manage our drivers’ schedule
- Research and recommend new apps, tools or brands
- Keep up to date with company vehicle maintenance, schedule regular services
- Keep the company vehicle insurance up to date
- Keep the company vehicle clean by checking in with our driver
- Notify the team if there are any issues with the vehicle
Hours
Monday to Thursday 10am-3:30pm. Lunch at 12pm (30 minutes unpaid)
Expected hours: 20 per week
Location
Located in person at our showroom in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver (not remote)
Due to this role being a keyholder position we need you to be reliable with consistent regular hours, this position is best suited to someone who lives in North Shore or Downtown so you can take the Seabus.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
